DAY 16 — Who You Sit With Shapes How You Love
Heal your perspective, or it will quietly poison your relationships.
One thing I’m starting to understand more and more:
Your perspective on relationships is heavily influenced by the rooms you sit in.
If men constantly sit with men who are bitter about women,
the conversations start to sound the same.
The jokes.
The complaints.
The assumptions.
And slowly, without realizing it, respect starts to erode.
The same thing happens on the other side.
If women constantly surround themselves with women who are deeply wounded by men, the narrative begins to shift too.
The conversations become defensive.
Suspicious, guarded.
But something powerful happens when the people around you are healed.
Men need to sit with men who have a healthy, healed perspective of women.
Men who speak with respect.
Men who understand responsibility.
Men who value partnership, not dominance.
Ladies need to surround themselves with women who have a healed perspective of men.
Women who understand balance.
Women who appreciate healthy masculinity.
Women who aren’t constantly preparing for emotional war.
Because when the perspective is healed…
The conversations are different.
The energy is different.
The love is different.
The appreciation is different.
The respect is different.
You start seeing people as individuals instead of stereotypes and that shift changes everything.
Sometimes the issue isn’t just what happened to us.
It’s the environment that keeps repeating the pain.
Healing isn’t just personal, it’s communal.
So choose your circles wisely.
Because the people around you are quietly shaping how you see love.
Consistency reveals your tribe.
The scrollers leave.
The builders stay.
No Hype.
Just words that resonate.
Day 16/100.
See you tomorrow.
